That said, I want you to absolutely love your piece. If your order arrives damaged, or there is an issue with the craftsmanship, contact me within 7 days of delivery at unwoundjewelry@gmail.com. Ill be happy to repair, replace, or offer store credit when appropriate.

Please note:

Normal wear and tear or tarnishing over time is not considered a defect.
Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.

Most orders ship within 3-5 times. Custom pieces may take longer; you'll always receive updates if there are any delays.

Once your package leaves my hands, it's in the care of the postal service. I'm not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but I'll always do my best to help resolve any issues.
